Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Witches-N-Stitches will accept return of merchandise, less shipping and handling, ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. If paid for with a money order Witches-N-Stitches will send a company check as a refund in US Funds if requested. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Witches-N-Stitches will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Witches-N-Stitches.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not allowed to be returned for any reason. If item is damaged during shipping a claim needs to be filed with the shipping carrier. Insurance is recommended on all custom orders. We will be glad to remake your item for you or repair it (if able) but shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
